Aftercare is paramount in the world of used vehicle sales, which can often be forgotten by many in the industry, but never at Auto-Sportiva! Our Courtesy car fleet will keep you on the road and most importantly in style, whilst your vehicle is being repaired. We understand when your vehicle goes wrong it can be stressful, which is why we have invested heavily in keeping our fleet of courtesy cars a cut above the rest. Further reinforcing this, we have two 7-seater vehicles available to accommodate for larger families.
Our fully comprehensive warranty packages offer cover for up to 24 months, giving you peace of mind with your new purchase for years to come.

Our courtesy vehicle fleet consists of 10 new vehicles, and we attempt to offer you a vehicle similar in size and standard to the vehicle you purchased, all vehicles however, are allocated based on availability.
- In the event of a warranty claim, you are only entitled to the use of a courtesy vehicle if an extended warranty has been purchased.
- A £30 insurance administration fee will apply for the use of one of our courtesy vehicles, this is mandatory requirement from our insurance provider to add you to our policy.
- You must accept that you will be the sole driver of the vehicle during the loan period and that it will only be used for private purposes covered by our insurance.
- Auto-Sportiva Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property carried in or on the vehicle during the loan and you will be responsible for the safe care and use of the vehicle during the loan period. Included in this, the vehicle must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.
- You must accept liability for any offences arising from my use of the vehicle under the Road Traffic Act, Road Traffic Offenders Act, and Road Traffic Regulations, subordinate legislation, congestion and parking charges or any penalties whilst the vehicle is on loan to and in your possession and you shall indemnify Auto-Sportiva Limited accordingly.
- Auto-Sportiva Limited should be contacted immediately by telephone in the event of an accident or breakdown.
- You are not authorised to arrange the recovery or repairs of the vehicle without the consent of Auto-Sportiva Limited.
- You are responsible for the fuel and other consumables, and for checking and maintaining levels and tyre pressures during the loan period.
- You must inform Auto-Sportiva Limited immediately in the event of any mechanical issue arising.
- The driver must hold a valid driving licence for the loan vehicle, valid for the duration of the loan period and must inform Auto-Sportiva Limited of any driving convictions on record.
- You must confirm that you have been made aware of the operation of the loan vehicle controls and its performance.
- A £1000 excess charge will apply for any damage to the vehicle that is caused whilst on loan.
- A copy of your driving license must be supplied to Auto-Sportiva Limited for insurance purposes.
- You must NOT to smoke in the courtesy vehicle. If the vehicle is returned untidy and with evidence of smoking in the vehicle, there will be a £50 vehicle cleaning surcharge.
- Courtesy vehicles will be supplied with a full tank of fuel, you must return the vehicle with a full tank of fuel.
- Upon their request the vehicle must be returned to Auto-Sportiva Limited immediately.
