A year in the motor trade is never the same, it's full of ups, downs and trials and tribulations. This year at AutoSportiva we have experienced extreme losses with the dive in electric car values but also kept strong with the sale of over 900 vehicles, mostly British and our favourite, German cars. Our goal for 2025 is to maintain our core values, high customer service and attention to detail and then hit the 1000 cars sold mark. This would be an incredible achievement for an independent business which has been built from the ground up since 2007 by our owner and director, Willam Lee-Kemp. William stresses the importance to the business of always maintaining our core values, in his words ''As a business grows core values can often be lost, we need to remember purchasing one of our vehicles is not an everyday task for our customers, and can be a milestone point in their life to buy that one dream car. Customers must never feel like a number. If we maintain these values, our reviews will speak for themselves and our success will continue.''
One notable achievement for the business was in November when we were proudly named 'Used Car Dealership Of The Year' in the over 100 vehicles category at the prestigious Used Car Awards held at the Brewery in London. This achievement was a reminder of all the hard work we had in 2024 and made us remember why we have such a passion for the industry.
2025 at AutoSportiva will be even bigger and better than ever before. With investment into our detailing and photography studio starting and an onsite vehicle reconditioning area to further improve our efficiency and attention to detail. Additionally, our sales executive, Alec Godley, who has been working within the business for 18 years, has now been promoted to Sales Manager as part of our sales team and management expansion. Alec started working with Owner Will when he was just 15 years of age at the car wash Will ran before starting AutoSportiva, to now having worked in all areas of the business and becoming sales manager which is an incredible achievement.
