Our evolving stock profile proudly showcases a remarkable 35% of hybrid or electric vehicles, reflecting our unwavering commitment to a greener future. But our dedication doesn't end there; a conscious effort has reduced our diesel stock to below 10%, in line with our decision to stop retailing non-ULEZ-compliant vehicles. This transformation aligns with the proposed 2030 net-zero initiative, underscoring our forward-thinking approach.
In Preparation for a Transformative Era:
In preparation for this transformative era, we've invested over £20,000 in creating an onsite charging bay, featuring state-of-the-art 11kWh fast chargers capable of simultaneously powering four vehicles. Nestled alongside the picturesque River Medway, our location offers a tranquil backdrop. We've meticulously cultivated the surrounding area with lush greenery and planted over 30 silver birch trees since our relocation in January 2021. Spearheaded by our dedicated in-house gardener and valeter, Pavol, this verdant environment welcomes not only car enthusiasts but also their four-legged companions, embodying our status as a dog-friendly dealership.
Charting Our Course for the Future:
With the ULEZ expansion underway and our proximity to London, we're poised to further decrease our diesel stock and amplify the presence of hybrid and electric vehicles in our inventory. This decision isn't solely a response to environmental urgency; it's also a reflection of evolving client preferences and the rise of modern motoring with EV and Hybrid vehicles.
As we stride into 2023, our vision remains resolute – to achieve a 50% hybrid and electric stock profile while entirely phasing out diesel vehicles. Amidst our progress, our site's greenery flourishes; our silver birch trees mature, creating an oasis of tranquillity. And while winter claimed a few trees, we're committed to replenishing and enhancing our greenery this summer.
